When did your passion for photography start and what were the main milestones that turned you into the artist you currently are?
I don't quite deserve to be called as an artist yet. It hasn't been too long since I've started to take the photography. When I was young, I have memories of taking photos with my dad's film camera, and then one day I suddenly wanted to buy a camera and begin to study photography. So I quit my work and started to study the photography. And I started my new work at fashion studio where I got to learn so many things.
Has your vision and style evolved or changed over time?
There have been so many changes in my photographing skills and it has been keep evolving since then. And from that point, I started to take the photos clearly. Now I am trying diverse mood with lightings.
How has photography influenced you as a person and what do you love most about being a photographer?
Photography helped me find my feelings back to normal and colored my life. Working as a photographer makes me express my feelings and interestingly interact with models I work with.
What inspires you and what gives you ideas to create your beautiful images? Can your ideas change depending on the model you are working with?
It might sound like a cliche, but I am trying to look into many good photos. I am not quite experienced yet. So once the topic of my photography get settled down, I get to expand my imagination in many other ways. Actually being in the field makes me unstable. Sometimes it's hard for me to express what I've imagined in my mind, hence I give some deformations depending on the different styles that each models got.
From your point of view, what makes the shoot successful?
I think it is a teamwork with a model. I give a model enough time so that he or she can express themselves, and we monitor the results together or even pose in front of the model to show them.
In addition to being sharp and well lit, your photos are beautifully edited. What is your retouching/production philosophy?
Since I am a type of person who likes to make things clear, this personality also naturally appears in the photos. I have a habit of taking and retouching photos clearly.
Do you plan each photo out or are they created more organically?
It depends on the situation. I usually try in different ways and put the photos that get along well altogether. If the topic is distinct, I prepare and form the photos before the shooting starts.
If you couldn't be a photographer, what would be your other career choice?
Since I used to work as an engineer, I think I might be keeping the job until now, though I would feel more dry and insensitive
What is one last impression you want to leave in your photographs?
I want to make the last impression on the strong image of photos that can attract many people's eyes.
What has been the highlight of your career so far and what are your hopes/dreams for the future?
I haven't experienced so much yet, but I just want more people to be happier because of my photos. Especially I want my teammates to have special bonds with each other.
Where can we see more of your works and get connected with you?
I am considering creating a hompage, but for now I only have an Instagram account (@haribo_foto). You can reach me out via instagram or my email. It's always welcomed, i am opened to anyone who wants to talk and share their stories.
