Can you give us a bit of background on how your career evolved?
I started photography in 2007 because I wanted to do something with visuals. After attending school for photography, I started working at The Department of Defense and also as a freelancer to become the art/fashion/glamour photographer I am today.
What's been the biggest highlight in your career so far?
That would be a confidence shoot called "Queens", portraying plus-size women.
That day was filled with a lot of good vibes.
If you could say one thing to someone younger who looks up to you, what would you say?
Good vibes will create a good outcome. So keep the good vibes at all times.
Using one word how would you describe your art?
"Lovejoyment "
The enjoy of being creative and I just love when I'm creating an image that was first an idea.
Who is the person that inspires you the most and why?
Everyone I shoot with inspires me for the shoot I build around them, but I have 2 muzes ; my brother-in-law who always gives me that extra, and my wife (who is in this shoot ).
She is my backbone and hype woman.
If you can have the power to share anything with the world, what would that be?
Positive vibes. I always try to stay positive in life and see the positive in things.
What are your goals for the near future and do you have any exciting project you want to share with us?
Creating artistic content for magazines, give the world of art fashion more diversity in beauty. A project is in the making, but I don't have a name for it yet. The theme will be "Empress" with lots of floating elements.
