My journey began quite differently. I’ve always enjoyed photography as a hobby, but the day I professionally picked up a camera arrived when I established my modelling agency originally as a supporting service to another internet-based business I owned. Initially, I worked with a standard photographer. However, shortly after I found myself behind the camera, thinking it would be a temporary and immediate solution. Despite my plans, I fell in love with it and couldn't let go.
Even today, along with the challenges of playing these two roles simultaneously, I can't imagine myself without holding a camera. I find it particularly important during the early stages of my models' careers, their training sessions, and the formation of their portfolios.
Can you share some of your most memorable experiences as a photographer and as the head of UDM modelling Agency?
There is a basic common interest in both roles: the successes of the models I represent. There are countless memorable moments.
As a photographer, witnessing the journey of my models is incredibly rewarding. Watching them step out of their comfort zones, learn to showcase their uniqueness on the set, and seeing that crucial moment in their portfolio where they transform into professional models is truly special. Being a part of their personal development and self fulfillment they experience throughout the process is immensely gratifying.
As the head of the agency, the most memorable moments are when my models receive their first major job or sign with a secondary agency abroad. It's in these moments that all the hard work pays off, marking their success and validating that all the effort was worthwhile.

Our core mission at UDM Modelling Agency is to create top success stories while maintaining high level of integrity and ensuring a professional, respectful and supporting environment for our models. Unfortunately, this industry has a bad reputation for exploiting its individuals, but we are committed to a different conduct. For example, we don’t allow our models to attend jobs without close UDM rep. Supervision on the set. Another example is our candidates screening process which is based on compatibility, regardless to financial abilities to pay for a portfolio or modelling training. We choose to represent individuals we genuinely believe can achieve success.
When someone chooses to experience the process with us, they enter a thorough and comprehensive journey. We focus on maximizing results, ensuring professionalism and readiness for high profile fashion productions.
